On March 18, a joint meeting of the boards of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation took place, the opening of the Russian Film Festival and the concert "Symphony of Innovations" were held.
In his speech at the joint meeting of the boards of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation, the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Belarus, Ruslan Iosifovich Chernecki, noted that the Cooperation Plan between the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus for 2025 included 75 events. All of them have been completed, and the projects have been fully implemented.
The Deputy Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation, Andrey Vladimirovich Malyshev, spoke about the key areas of cooperation between cultural institutions of Belarus and Russia.
The importance of interaction in the cultural sphere between the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation was discussed at the joint meeting of the boards of the Ministries of Culture of both countries by the Deputy State Secretary — member of the Standing Committee of the Union State, Alexey Valerievich Kazakov. The speaker noted that fruitful cooperation is developing in almost all areas.
The Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation, Irada Khafizyanovna Ayupova, spoke about the strengthening ties with Belarusian colleagues and recalled the historical basis of this cooperation.

The Cooperation Plan between the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation for 2026;
The Roadmap for the implementation of the Cooperation Agreement between the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation.
