Chagall's "Promenade" remains in Minsk until October
Art lovers are in for a pleasant surprise: the famous painting by Marc Chagall, "The Promenade", will remain in the Belarusian capital longer than planned — the exhibition has been extended until October.
As a result of negotiations between Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Genrikhovich Turchin and Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Vladimirovich Mishustin, an agreement was reached to extend the exhibition of Marc Chagall's masterpiece "The Promenade" from the collection of the State Russian Museum at the National Art Museum of the Republic of Belarus.
This decision carries special symbolism, as the news of the extension became a kind of gift for all fans of the master's work right on the artist's birthday, July 6. Such an extended display of the masterpiece is a rare opportunity for viewers to once again touch the "soaring" poetry of the great master and celebrate his birthday with art that knows no borders.
